Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of tinned pineapple
  • 1 tbsp of 0% fat greek yoghurt
  • 200ml of semi skimmed milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 pinch of flaxseed
  • 1 pinch of dissected coconut
  • 6 cubes of ice

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until lovely and smooth. 1-2 minutes.
