Ingredients (Makes 14 portions)

  • 6 apples (peeled and cut into chunks).
  • 120g of dark brown sugar.
  • 2 tsp of ground cinnamon


  1. Peel and chop the apple into 1.5 cm chunks.
  2. Heat a pan on a medium heat.
  3. Add the apple, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Cook gently for abut 20 minutes until the apples are soft and golden in colour.
  5. Perfect for overnight oats and porridge served warm or cold.
