- 1 medium sized banana
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 1/2 tea spoon of almond butter
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of chia seeds
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein (we use USN Whey from Muscle Finesse
- 5 ice cubes
- Add all the ingredients to your blender and whip until smooth!
