Here is the recipe for our famous HULK smoothie. And just like the famous marvel character its big, green and a total bad ass. Have it as a low carb quick breakfast or a tasty post work out refuel.

The top trick with any smoothie…….add ICE, it gives it a great whip!

  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 1/2 tea spoon of almond butter
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein (we use USN Whey from Muscle Finesse
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Add all the ingredients to your blender and whip until smooth!
